Mortgage Climate Action Group – the latest green webinar on energy efficiency

The Mortgage Climate Action Group hosted its most recent green-focused webinar entitled ‘The Challenges of Greening Housing Stock: Valuations, Lending & Retrofitting’ on Monday 20th March 2023, 1-2pm.

Hosted by Alex Beavis and Stephanie Charman from one of the Group’s founding members, Sesame Bankhall Group, the online event brought together a range of leading industry experts to discuss what is needed to make existing properties more energy efficient, with a focus on energy performance certifications (EPC) and retrofit.

This is the Group’s third webinar following on from its previous event in November 2022, ‘Seeing the BTL Market through Green Tinted Glasses’ (see previous events below).
